Our Story
Founder | Advocate | Author | Psychotherapist | Philanthropist

I spent years feeling like an outsider, never fully belonging, never fully seen. I wore masks to fit in, chasing acceptance in spaces that never truly held me. In the process, I became a stranger to myself.
Even surrounded by people, I felt empty. Lost. Unfulfilled. To survive, I had buried the wounded parts of me, the parts craving love, safety, and truth. But eventually, I couldn’t ignore them anymore. Becoming a therapist was part of my own healing process.
It gave language to my pain and purpose to my journey. I realized I wasn’t broken, I was buried. Now, I help women unearth themselves. I hold space for them to reclaim the pieces they were told to hide, the parts that were abandoned, dismissed, or forgotten. Because peace isn’t something we find. It’s something we remember.
Credentials:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Over the years, I have developed extensive experience in trauma-informed care, working deeply with women who have faced complex wounds and difficult life challenges.
My training encompasses a strong foundation in trauma-focused approaches, as well as motivational therapy, empowering clients to discover their inner strength and motivation for lasting change. I believe in meeting each woman exactly where she is, honoring her unique journey, and fostering a therapeutic space grounded in safety, respect, and genuine connection.
With a background rooted in social work, my approach emphasizes holistic healing, attending to the mind, body, and spirit, and supports women in reclaiming their identity beyond trauma and hardship. I am committed to walking alongside you as you rediscover your voice, reclaim your story, and master your peace.
Therapeutic Philosophy:
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about restoring connection to what has always been within you. Every woman carries wisdom, resilience, and the capacity for growth, sometimes buried beneath trauma, life transitions, relational wounds, or unmet emotional needs. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based approach.
Therapy is a collaborative process where safety, curiosity, and compassion guide our work together. I honor each woman’s lived experience, cultural context, and personal story, creating space for her to explore identity, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthier relationships with herself and others.
I support women in rediscovering self, restoring emotional wholeness, and reclaiming personal freedom, whether navigating early adulthood, the complexities of motherhood and partnership, or the profound transitions of later life. Healing may include processing trauma, strengthening boundaries, nurturing the inner child, or rebuilding self-worth, all at a pace that feels respectful and empowering. Therapy is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself, whole, grounded, and free to live in alignment with your values and truth.
Mission Statement
She Mastered Peace exists to provide a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed therapeutic space for women to rediscover themselves, restore emotional wholeness, and reclaim personal freedom. We support women who have experienced relational wounds, life transitions, trauma, or identity loss—and who may have lost touch with themselves while caring for others or surviving difficult seasons.
Through intentional, collaborative, and personalized therapy, we help women explore identity, heal emotional wounds, strengthen boundaries, and rebuild self-worth. Our work honors each woman’s story, resilience, and inner wisdom, meeting her where she is and supporting her growth at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
She Mastered Peace is grounded in the belief that healing is a return, not a reinvention. We help women come home to their truest, most authentic selves, whole, grounded, and free to live in alignment with their values, voice, and purpose.
